com·per·i·o [com·pār·ē·ō] = to disclose fully, find out with certainty, lay open, to learn, ascertain (Origin: Latin)
.
In short, comperio means to be transparent, not just in a contractual way (i.e. open book accounting) but rather in our entire corporate philosophy and practice.
.
We believe that in today’s technologically based society, with its ease of accessing data, transparency is the new norm. Churches can research and find out pretty quickly what a building should cost, or how much a new video projector can be bought for on the internet. We believe that accountability, trust and relationships are built on being transparent…to disclose fully…to find out with certainty.
.
We believe that God has entrusted you with the resources necessary to need the physical facility needs of your church. We are firm proponents to the theology that everything on this earth belongs to God and we have been entrusted to care for them. This includes not only money, but the facilities we worship, study, work and minister. To that end, Comperio C3 takes a much more holistic approach to the planning and development of facilities. We do not only want to help you address your planning and construction needs, but also “deep dive” on the dream, vision and the long-term care of the tool. All of this is part of Facility Stewardship, which is the stewarding of the facilities God has entrusted.
.
Our passion is to help your ministry:
C·3 [sē·thrē] = consult, construct, connect
.
CONSULT – Explore and understand “who” you are and “if/why” you should expand your physical facilities
CONSTRUCT – Partner with you and other industry professionals to develop the best plans (including financial, physical, and sustainable) to meet your goals.
.
CONNECT – To provide the needed assistance to address the short and long term care and sustainability of the facilities after they have been constructed.
