What is comperio C3? Is it contagious?

Over the past 4-6 weeks many of you have noticed the comperio C3 logo and “teasers” on the blog and other electronic media….some of you may wonder what this is….some not…that’s OK…I am going to tell you any way.

I assure you that it is not a new disease…but we are hoping it is contagious. Let me explain.

I started Cool Solutions Group in 2009 after leaving Cogun to find a “Blue Ocean” opportunity that would allow me to use my 23 years of church development experience to serve the church market in a new and fresh way.  WOW…what a journey.  The Lord has opened and closed a number of doors over the past 2 years…and I am glad that I was able to be comfortable enough in my trust of Him to go along for the ride. I have honored my post employment agreements (and continue to do so) and have done all that I know to honor God in all I have done these past 2 years.

Cool Solutions Group became a Facility Management and consulting firm…that also developed 3 killer software apps to assist churches with their Facility Stewardship Initiatives.  I have learned more about the software world over the past 2 years that I ever dreamed….I know what an API is as well as a Use Case…huh…go figure.

As I have served churches to better steward the tools God has Entrusted to them, I have continued to have a passion to provide a holistic approach to Church Facility Stewardship.  You can learn more about this on the new website…but Facility Stewardship includes, but is not limited to, the planning, development/construction and the long term care and sustainability of our ministry facilities. When you consider that over a 40 year life cycle of a facility, the operations costs (janitorial, maintenance and utilities) will cost 2-3 times…maybe more… the initial cost of construction, you can see why I am so passionate about helping churches think through the REAL cost of facility ownership and not just the “here and now” costs/savings or the bickering over the Project Teams fees (Watch for a new blog on this).

With that as the back drop….I am VERY excited to announce that we are launching and “re-launching/expanding” 2 companies:

1.  Cool Solutions Group – has evolved into the developer and provider of the industry’s best web based software solutions to help promote Facility Stewardship Initiatives. Our ministrEspace, facilitEspace and COOL SPACE products will continue to develop and enhance as we strive to provide the very best solutions for churches.  I have brought on a couple of partners with a passion for the church who have over a decade of successful web based software development experience.  We are currently working on several major enhancements, interfaces and even a couple of new product offerings that will set us apart even further from the rest of the pack. See more at http://coolsolutionsgroup.com

2.  comperio C3 – is a new venture that is going to combine the construction consulting  and facility management services that Cool Solutions Group has developed… coupling them with Construction Management services.  Comperio C3 will provide consulting, construction and connecting (including commissioning and long term care) for ministry facilities.  I have merged the Cool Solution services with an established church builder to form this new entity to provide services to the church market that have never been coupled together before under one roof.  This is extremely exciting not just for our team, but for the market.  Think about how much better planned and developed ministry facilities will be when your team includes people focused on the entire life cycle of the facility…as they may actually be responsibility for the stewarding of the facilities. WOW…I could start to preach…hold me back! Get more details at http://comperioC3.com

These are exciting times….let us know how we can serve you and your ministry as you further your Facility Stewardship initiatives.

  1. Congratulations on this new launch of a exciting idea for service to churches. I hope this is something churches will strongly consider and that perhaps someday we can partner together on a project. I would love to see how you do this “up close” and join in the learning process alongside you and your clients.
